Whether a piece doesn't fit your space or you've simply changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a stress-free resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Concept account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original shipping box with all protective padding and documentation to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
