What is the typical lead time for furniture delivery?

Most of our standard collection items ship within 2-3 weeks. Custom upholstery or handcrafted wood pieces may take between 6-10 weeks depending on the artisan's schedule.

Do you offer white-glove delivery service?

Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery for all large furniture items. This includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We accept returns on most accessories and decor within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture is final sale.

Are your wood products sustainably sourced?

Sustainability is at the core of Concept. We exclusively use FSC-certified timber and reclaimed woods, ensuring that our environmental footprint remains as small as possible.

Do you provide fabric and material swatches?

We certainly do. You can order up to five complimentary swatches through our 'Materials' page to ensure the color and texture perfectly match your space before you commit.

What payment methods do you accept?
